Hours of Operation
All of our centre are open weekdays from 6.30am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks a year. The centres close during the Christmas/New Year break each year for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Enrolment
Parents are encouraged to visit the centre for a tour any week day between 9:30 and 11:00 am. Alternatively, parents can fill in an Expression of Interest form, send it in to us and be contacted by the centre director as a position becomes available. Parents will be invited to participate in a full orientation prior to commencement of care.
When positions are unavailable, a child's name will be placed on the centre waiting list. Places are allocated in accordance with the Priority of Access Guidelines.
Fee Structure
Our fee structure reflects the high level and quality of staffing and facilities that Bella Grace Early Learning Centres provide.
All families are eligible to apply for Child Care Benefit - a means tested Federal Government program, designed to support the affordability of childcare.

Centre Policies and Procedures
Bella Grace have a comprehensive policy booklet which is available for your perusal in the parent library and also in the entry foyer.
Parental input is sought in keeping the policies and procedures current.
Policies are in place to assist with:
- arrival and departure
- excursions
- behaviour management
- health, hygiene and medication
- incident and injury, including first aid
- nutrition, clothing and sun protection
- grievance.
 Office For Early Education and Care
Bella Grace Early Learning Centres are licensed by the Office For Early Education and Care.
Priority of Access
A priority of access system applies to all centre places. This system determines the eligibility of access for funded places and is regulated by the Department of Communities. Priority is to be given in the following order:
- Children at risk of abuse or neglect.
- Workforce participants where a single parent or both parents are employed or seeking work or studying/training for future employment.
- Any other child.
